Delighted at the results I’ve achieved after 10 weeks (twice weekly sessions). Lost weight and also inches from my waist and legs and overall more toned. David is an excellent trainer and imparts a wealth of information on the benefits to each part of the body. Each exercise is short allowing for a good variation during a half hour session. David is able to get the best out of me by ensuring each exercise is carried out meticulously, always pushing me that little bit further. Definitely recommend this to anyone wishing to get fit without having to spend hours in the gym every day.
