I was on medication for osteoporosis before I started with David and now, after a mixture of weight training and Power Plate training, I no longer have to take the medication. David has also helped considerably to keep me mentally fit and able, as well as physically, during a particularly traumatic family crisis. I would not have been able to cope without his regular sessions and understanding.
He uses his expert knowledge of body mechanics rather than weights and machines to achieve results. You initially doubt that these gentle exercises will have any significant impact, but after a few weeks, you are expending the same energy as you did in the gym with weights and machines and, more important, you are becoming stronger and your movements are progressively more flexible and graceful.
