I had read about Power Plate training in magazines but was very sceptical about how it could work in just 25 minute sessions until I saw one of my friends who had been going to Caroline and David regularly. She looked so toned so I thought I would give it a try.
I started going twice a week and in only six weeks I have lost two and a half inches off my waist, an inch off my thighs and an inch of my arms. I’ve done various classes and been to gyms before but never had such great results and in such a short time!
Being shown how to do the exercises properly and watched and encouraged by Caroline throughout has made a huge difference not only to the shape of my body but I feel much fitter and have more energy. Without her knowledge and experience I would never have known what to do with the machine and how to get the best from it.
I would recommend this to everyone!
Within 5 weeks of twice weekly Power Plate sessions, floorwork and homework I lost an inch from my waist and could see my ab muscles for the first time ever! My legs and glutes are much more toned and my running has improved as a result.
