About Us.

We are based in Newton Mearns in the southside of Glasgow and offer 1 to 1 Personal Training, 1 to 1 Pilates, Small Group Pilates Classes, TRX Suspension Training, Power Plate Training and Weight Management. Sessions and classes are all taught online and available worldwide.

Vital for our many clients in their 60s, 70s and 80s but we are seeing it more with younger clients now who spend their working life sitting in front of a computer, on a phone or tablet while commuting and then in front of TV at home.
